The terms that apply when you engage A2Z DESIGNS for printing, signage, vehicle wraps, or web design.

By engaging A2Z DESIGNS ("we", "us", "our") to supply printing, signage, vehicle wrap, or web design services, or by submitting an enquiry, order, or artwork to us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Quotes are based on the information and specifications you provide at the time. Final pricing may vary if the scope, materials, quantity, or artwork changes after quoting. Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Prices shown on our website are indicative only. Every job is quoted individually before work begins.
You're responsible for the accuracy of any artwork, text, logos, or files you supply, including spelling, colours, and dimensions. Where we prepare a proof, production only begins once you've approved it — please check proofs carefully, as we're not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.
You warrant that you own, or have the right to use, any artwork, logos, images, or content you supply to us for reproduction, and that its use won't infringe any third party's intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to decline any job we reasonably believe may involve unlawful or infringing content.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quoting. For larger or custom jobs, a deposit may be required before production begins, with the balance due on completion or collection. We accept the payment methods available in-store or as otherwise agreed.
Jobs may be held pending full payment, and we reserve the right to withhold delivery or collection of completed work until payment is received in full.
Turnaround times — including any "same-day" estimates — are indicative and depend on job size, complexity, current workload, and timely approval of proofs. We'll always aim to give you a clear timeline before starting, and we'll let you know as soon as possible if a job is going to run later than expected.
If you need to cancel or change an order after work has started, please contact us as soon as possible. You may be charged for work already completed, materials already ordered or used, and any costs already incurred on your behalf.
For vehicle wraps, paint protection film, and signage installation, you're responsible for ensuring the vehicle or surface is clean, roadworthy (where applicable), and in a suitable condition for installation. We'll advise you before starting if we identify an issue — such as existing paint damage, rust, or a surface unsuitable for adhesion — that may affect the result.
Materials used are covered by the relevant manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Our own workmanship is guaranteed to a professional standard; please let us know promptly if you have any concerns after installation so we can address them.
For web design projects, the specific scope, deliverables, revision rounds, and ownership terms will be agreed with you before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the final website transfers to you upon full payment; underlying tools, templates, or code libraries we use across multiple clients remain ours or their respective owners'. Hosting, domain, and ongoing maintenance are separate services and are only included where specifically agreed.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to re-supplying the affected service or refunding the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee you're entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Unless otherwise agreed, design concepts, layouts, and artwork we create remain our intellectual property until the relevant job is paid for in full, at which point ownership of the final, delivered artwork transfers to you for your own use.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
